I deliver a result your executives can actually sign: which SAP systems are in scope and why, which risks are defensibly acceptable, and how the obligations map onto your actual landscape — judgment, not a ninety-page gap list.
SAP Operations Cockpit. For mid-market companies without their own Basis team: monthly supervision, patch governance and a security baseline — senior accountability with a defined scope, not capacity by the hour.
BTP & cloud-product stand-up. Entering RISE or GROW, you must stand up BTP before your team has ever run it. I build the landscape — and products like Datasphere, Integration Suite, SAP Analytics Cloud and AI Core — to a defined, secure baseline and hand it over to your team by a fixed date, runbook included. Handed over means handed over.
AI in the SAP stack — readiness and governance. Assistants and agents are moving onto your core business data; the hard governance questions arrive with the EU AI Act in 2027 and 2028, and nobody has fully solved them yet, SAP included. I help you answer them calmly, on your actual landscape, before the pressure arrives.
Transition architecture. The old ECC systems are running out of road and everyone at the table has an agenda. I'm the senior architect on your side of it — starting with a focused ECC endgame assessment, continuing where it fits as a few days a month of independent architecture counsel.
